And of course, how about some decorations! We all would love to have a Christmas Tree, tree ornaments like bells, hollies, stars and all the other Christmas related decorations in our homes.  So how can you start organizing your room and making space for the decorations and the gifts? Let’s find out!   Step by step Cleaning and organizing everything in your room on a single day can get tiring and confusing. Instead, take it to step by step, organize one cupboard or one area of the room each day. Make a fair decision Alright, there are many clothes, books, toys etc. that we keep in our cupboards or stack them in drawers. We love them too much to give them away. But at the same time, we outgrow many and we hardly use them either. So it’s time to make fair decisions. View the items that you probably haven’t used in a while and see if you really need them. If not, then keep them aside and free up some space. Donate, reuse, recycle, discard Once you have stacked up all the things that you don’t need, separate them into piles. If they are in good condition why not donate them? You could wrap your toys that you don’t play with and send them as Christmas gifts to children NGOs. Things that have been used for a long can be recycled and converted to useful items. For example, you can cut up used clothes to make carry bags. If there are things that are torn or in really bad condition, then put them in the garbage can. Organize storage First, let’s think about how to stack our wardrobe. Since you have cleared the things already, you will now have to spend less time in organizing your cupboard and room. Make neat separate piles for your clothes. It is wintertime, so you will to make space for woolen wear, scarves, socks etc. For toys, place them tidily in a box or bag that you can keep inside your cupboard or in a corner. And guess what? Once you have organized it all, you will definitely have enough free space for your new gifts. Bookshelves and school notebooks and stationery shelves should also be dusted and organised to complete the clean look of your room and study table. Parents always look forward to helping their children. So request their help on weekends and once they help you, they are sure to get more gifting ideas too.
